🛒 Orders & Payments
How can I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your item, choose your size, and click Add to Cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order securely.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Seddiqi accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other secure payment methods supported by Shopify.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately at support@seddiqi.it with your order number and request. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your purchase. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Seddiqi currently offers free worldwide standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
How long does shipping take?

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers. Customs inspections, courier delays, or seasonal demand may occasionally extend delivery times.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Seddiqi ships worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the customer.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items returned outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@seddiqi.it with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care team will provide you with instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, Seddiqi does not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Yes. Every Seddiqi design is intentionally created to be worn without limits of gender — minimalist, timeless, and versatile.
What materials do you use?
Seddiqi works with premium cotton, cotton blends, and other high-quality fabrics. Product-specific fabric details are included in each description.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a sizing guide. Seddiqi products are often designed with an oversized, relaxed fit — for a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.
Where are Seddiqi products made?
We collaborate with carefully selected production partners. Every item is inspected to meet Seddiqi’s standards of durability, comfort, and elegance.
